Refund Policy

We uphold a generous sixty-day official return window for all merchandise purchased via our website, ensuring every shopper has ample time to test, use, and evaluate products after receiving their shipments. Any customer who feels unsatisfied with the texture, effect, or overall condition of received items can submit a formal return application within the full sixty-day valid period without arbitrary restrictions on application eligibility.

All items submitted for return must comply with uniform inspection standards before refunds can be approved. Returned goods must retain complete original outer packaging, internal protective wrappings, matching product accessories, and unremoved product labels. Merchandise cannot display severe scratches, stains, breakage, or deterioration caused by improper personal storage, careless handling, accidental damage, long-term overuse, or intentional modification of product components. Empty product containers, partially consumed items with less than half remaining volume, and goods damaged after customer receipt will not qualify for return and refund approval.

After our warehouse team receives returned packages, we conduct a full physical inspection of every submitted item to verify compliance with our return condition rules. Once inspection passes and the return request gains official approval, the full refund workflow will launch immediately. All approved refunds require five to ten business days to complete full processing, including internal financial reconciliation and fund transmission to payment providers.

Every refund amount is uniformly calculated, issued, and settled in United States Dollars. Funds will be routed back through the exact payment channel used during the original checkout process, and we cannot accommodate requests to redirect refund funds to alternate payment methods or third-party accounts. We reserve the reasonable authority to fully decline any return and refund application if returned products fail our warehouse inspection criteria, and we will deliver a clear explanation of rejection reasons to customers in such scenarios.
